I don't think the 9th floor was ever intended for customers. There was ducting showing outside our room all around the 9th Floor (picture attached). This made us have to constantly cool down our room. This also makes it completely impossible to run any HVAC so it is freezing on bottom floors and excessively hot at the top. The center of the hotel is wide open, allowing for sound from the ground floor to sound like right it is outside your room on the 9th. How did I ever decide to stay here?!?! I looked at reviews?!?!This is an OLD Embassy Suites that has been sold, and not one finger was lifted to update anything.
