After this your discs can be taken in & be ejected easier. Now follow the instructions backwards to reassemble your bluray drive & your PS4. If those become dirty, they lose the stickiness and cant grip on the disc. It has a natural stickiness to grip & pull the disc in to the drive. now grab some alcohol and a cotton piece to clean them. You need to pull it gently, don't break it. After that, you can simply slide off the first one, second one is a bit trickier. Try inserting another game, Blu-ray disc, or DVD. Now take out the little plastic piece whats between the rollers. This guide is useful if you just need to remove disc or clean laser. Clean the disc with a soft, clean cloth to remove any dirt or prints.

Then Idisconnect the blueray drive, screwed it out, and lift it out from the housing. If you have a microfiber cloth, we suggest that you use that instead. Disconnect and take out the power supply. Continue working around the disc until you've wiped the entire surface. lightly submerge the q tip in the solution of your choice the insert slightly in the slot where u install or eject the games. Starting in the center, move the cloth in a straight line toward the edges. All u need is some firm q tips and either electronic spray cleaner or alcohol.
Hold onto the edges of the disc, turning it so the reflective side is facing up. Other types of cloth, including paper towels and clothing, are more likely to scratch the disc, so don't try to use your shirt. You could also use a lens cloth designed for eye glasses.
The best thing to use is a microfiber cloth. Oftentimes, cleaning off any dust or debris that may be stuck on the disc is enough to get it working again.
